Tap to spin the prism and meet each rising light beam with the matching coloured face.
👆 Tap to spin one quarter turn ← All gamesPrism is a one-finger colour-matching game built around a single spinning piece of glass. A four-sided prism floats in the middle of the screen, each of its faces glowing a different colour, and coloured beams of light rise steadily toward it from an emitter along the bottom. Whichever face happens to be pointing down when a beam arrives is the face that meets it. Match the colour and the beam is split harmlessly outward, feeding the prism's charge; get it wrong and the beam burns straight through, taking a bite out of that charge. When the charge runs out the prism goes dark and the run ends. Free to play in any browser, nothing to install.
Tap anywhere to turn the prism one quarter step clockwise — that is the whole control scheme. Look at the colour of the next rising beam, count how many taps it takes to bring that colour to the bottom, and get there before it arrives. The prism starts with only two colours spread across its faces, adds a third after about fifteen seconds and a fourth later still, so what begins as a coin flip becomes a genuine reading problem. Charge also leaks slowly on its own, which means surviving is not enough — you have to keep matching to stay lit.
Spin early. A tap costs nothing, so line the right face up while the beam is still low rather than stabbing at it in the last moment. Consecutive matches build a chain that raises the value of every further match, so a clean streak is worth far more than the same number of scattered hits. Once the fourth colour appears, stop tracking the whole prism and just watch the two faces adjacent to the bottom — you only ever need one or two steps. And when your charge dips into the pink, play safe and take the guaranteed match instead of gambling on a longer spin.
