Load crates onto a pivoting beam and keep it level long enough to ship each load out.

Every crate weighs 1, 2 or 3, and the moment it appears you decide which end of the beam it goes on. Load carelessly and the beam tips past the point of no return; the whole load slides off and the shift is over. Nothing here is about speed for its own sake — it is about reading the weight you were just handed and choosing the end that pulls the beam back toward level.
Tap the left half of the screen to drop the waiting crate on the left arm, the right half to drop it on the right. The gauge along the bottom shows the current torque and a green window in the middle: park the beam inside that window for three quarters of a second and the whole load ships out for a bonus, clearing the beam and raising your combo. Ignore a crate too long and it drops itself onto the heavy end — always the worst possible place — and breaks your streak.
Shipping is the only way to empty the beam, so chase level constantly rather than hoarding crates. Two light crates on opposite arms are safer than one heavy crate you have to answer later. Past 25 points a crosswind starts leaning on the beam and heavy 3-weight crates appear — from then on a physically balanced load is not a level one, and you have to deliberately over-load into the gust and let the wind bring it back. Watch the wind readout above the beam and time your shipment for the instant the gust crosses zero.
