Somewhere out in that empty space sits a pink beat band. Your only job is to tap at the exact moment the travelling ring crosses it. Nothing else on screen can be steered, aimed or dodged — there is no avatar, no obstacle course, just distance closing on a line.
Tap anywhere (or press Space) to send the first pulse out. When the ring turns green it is inside the band — tap there and the pulse resets from the core with a chain bonus. Taps that land early or late are simply ignored, so mashing costs you nothing directly; what kills you is letting a ring sail clean past the outer edge. That costs one of your three lives and breaks the chain. Lose all three and the run flatlines.
Accuracy is paid twice: hitting the dead centre of the band scores more than clipping its edge, and every consecutive hit stacks the chain multiplier higher. The band narrows and the ring accelerates as the run goes on, so the safe strategy of spamming taps stops working around the half-minute mark — by then you need to read the ring's speed and commit to a single tap per cycle. Watch the colour, not the gap: green is the only window that counts.
